I was just wondering if it would be cheaper in the long run to have hay in a shed vs wrapping it every year?

I agree it trying to save quality I've read somewhere that the outside 6 inches is like 25% of the bale (not exactly sure on numbers) so if you can keep the whole bale its alot less bales you need in a year to keep the same amount of good feed infront of animals!
