Some people should understand that it is what it is. If I dont have rain, I dont hate the guy who does, and when it was flooding the last 3 years I didnt hate the guy who could plant. Because I have problems doesnt mean that I wish other people should have them too. Maybe all farmers should be Chicago Cubs fans then you would understand that whatever happens, there is always next year. Or maybe you should put your trust in a power or being that is greater than yourself and when you wake up tommorrow morning rain or shine maybe you should just thank him for the day he has given you.
Couldn't agree more. I'm glad to see some people around the country get a good crop.
I feel for him after finally getting a decent crop to loose it right at harvest.
Probably a worse feeling when you think you finally are getting a decent crop to see it vanish at the last minute than seeing it slowly dry up like we have it in a drought. |
