Actually the do have counters with NASS (USAD National Ag Statistics Service ) or something like that. I know because they were on a neighbors files the past 4 years. The problem is they are strictly "bean counter" type people and have no agronomy background so they really don't know if they are looking at a problem or not. They count, and thats all they know.
