| I enjoy Garvo's comments. I'm 36 and remember the tough times real well. I almost put the cultivator on the 4020 this year for the sweet corn, lots of hot and dusty days on that tractor. Dad took me with to the bank and FHA, remember some of those conversations too. We weren't able to take advantage of opportunity's in the tough times, but did better than most in the transition period into good times. There are some young farmers that were sheltered from hard times and some that were helping battle through it, some buy new feed wagons and some buy new boats. I don't have a problem with either purchase, but I bought the feed wagon. | |
