Would agree this easy street now, especially if a person farms owned dirt, with little to no debt, vs the 80s.
The 80s was a lot better @ charcter bulding than what the last 5 years have been. Am afraid some of the younger fellows have gotten spoiled with how easy things have been and at some point will found out what it is like when the fecal matter hits the fan.
