Yes, but I understood him to say that that is what the fed is attempting to do with QE, but the money is not filtering out to the borrowers, instead it's bottled up in the system because banks are not lending. With all the uncertainty here and abroad, I don't see lending accelerating any time soon, so the feds stealth devaluation isn't working and will not work. It seems to me that the only option will be a revaluation of gold by declaration.


I'm not claiming to be right about this, but ATM it seems like it's going to be the only option. What are your thoughts?
