the way I have always estimated the national yield as of that moment in time is by dividing it into 1/3s and assuming normal weather forward. Top 1/3 (including irrigated) middle and low. 180+150+100=430 divided by 3 =143.33 BU.per acre. Another 10 days without rain 128.33
