tennessee | Not more corn for me, I've been rotating between corn and beans on my small farm for the last few yrs. Unfortunately I have all corn this yr. except for 45 ac of beans that were planted late on a new farm to me. I'm gonna go back to more of a 50/50, maybe a little heavier on beans. Just so much less invested in a bean crop. My corn crop is by far the worst I've ever had and it may leave a bad taste in my mouth for some time to come. I am gonna plant bout a hundred acres of wheat this fall for the first time since 07' when that wheat crop got froze off and made nothing, just getting that taste out of my mouth now. | |
