It is a free market, both for rent, and for crop sales. There are risks associated with both. LL minimizes his by keeping rents competitive. Tenant minimizes his through sound management and marketing. If either decides to ignore these,,,,,,,, it is a free market.
If you dont own the ground you are at the mercy of the,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, free market.
