SW Iowa | I got my start by working off the farm for years before I could afford to buy one on a contract. Farmed it nights and weekends while I kept my day job. Just built from there. Luckily times got better right along with my farming business.

You were ragging on LL and their reasoning for rent increases.
I was simply pointing you to the true problem in high cash rents, and why they are going higher.
Competition, competition, competition amongst renters.
