| I only get athletes foot when my feet are dry and cracking. The athletes foot bug lives in all those cracks, so you got to eliminate those cracks. This is what I do. Get yourself some high quality hand cream and lotrimin liquid spray in an aerosal can, I use the brand Eucerin cream. At bedtime coat your whole foot really thick with the cream. Take a plastic grocery sack and spray lotrimin in it for about 5 seconds. Slip your foot in it and tie it shut around your ankle. Go to sleep. I always make sure I have a towel nearby to wipe my foot off in the A.M. I also only do one foot per night because it is very slippery in case you gotta get up in the nighttime. I am on my feet 8 hours a day at work and just by keeping them soft my feet don't get so sore.
