So does your statement mean you run taxed fuel in everything that ever goes on the road?   50 cents per gallon would add up on all the tax exempt fuel we burn in a year. 

I am not going to base my operation on the fact that there may be some enforcement agent out there somewhere who doesn't know how to do his job.  If I run into him, I'll deal with his superiors or the courts then.  I'm going to follow the law.
