central - east central Minnesota -

jef - 7/2/2012 19:28 GM has no problem with you running dyed fuel.In manitoba we can legally run dyed fuel in farm pickups and have never had problems with warranty.
If it is legal there i'm sure they don't deny warranty. I was a GM/Chrysler service manager for several years and had two vehicles with dyed fuel and they would not warranty them for a fuel system problem. My GM rep was involved with both of them and we could not get them pushed through.

Now how did GM find out the fuel was dyed ?
Why wouldn't they honer the warrenty ?
I know of a case, where the GM truck used dyed fuel and there was no problem getting fuel pump/injector warrenty from GM - here in central/east central Mn.
That is no excuse for not honoring warrenty . . . .
