Thanks, and thanks for starting this little group. I only had 18 pounds I wanted to lose, but without a little motivation and accountability during the winter it would have been more. I'm not sure if it's from being in better shape, or if I'm just getting used to it, but the last ten days of 100+ temps didn't seem to kick my butt as hard usual.
