Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | Down a pound for the week. The hot weather has me drinking a lot of water and not eating as much. Going to have to be careful this week with the 4th and company here. Lately I have been losing 1/2 to a pound per week and it feels good. Close to my weight watcher goal of 185. (That's with clothes and shoes on. Figured out clothes and shoes are 3-4 pounds). I would like to go another 5-10 below that but decided if I can maintain 185 or less I will be a happy camper. |
