Flood prone for me would be 80 acres of creek bottom ground that normally floods more than once in the spring. Wheat could survive the winter there, but spring floods would end up getting it majority of the time. This is the only ground that farm that would never plant wheat on. Have some poorly drained flat ground that grow wheat on, don't consider it flood prone , just wet.
