South Eastern ,ILL | This morning my son and I(and dog) check some fields, we drove my Ranger cross ways to the rows. Didn't see very many ears.
We have several fields, that will be a total loss. Some fields may have an area, that may produce a ear, but it looks like
crop insurance will be our salvation this year. I'm starting to believe this is way worse than 1983, and it was terrible.
Well the combines, trucks, and grain dryer won't get much of a work out this year, but the disk will !! (This is March planted corn)
