Subject: RE: shoulder dislocation

Somerville, Indiana
Single most important thing, do not lift your elbow above your waist...Get a dam ladder my physical therapyst told me...She was the youngest of four girls and her daddy is a farmer who wanted at least one son...She told me I wouldn't listen to her, that I knew all there was to know and there wasn't any use tellin me anything...So, she got that out of the way the first 30 minutes, and we got along fine...I listened, and still don't lift above my waist...There is no reason to, not if the shoulder goes again...I had two operations on rotor cuffs and a knee replacement, probably another knee on the way after missing this next winter...again, I learned to listen, that's the best advice I can give, listen to what they tell ya, they know what they are doin....email works if you need more.
