I was always told that the plant will pollinate in almost any condition... however, its the week to two weeks after pollination that determine aborted kernels or aborted ears. That is what is scary! We need a rain NOW.... Half inch is all I ask and our corn can still make 150-180.... no rain in the next week...... how about 50-80...
