Graymont Illinois

I think you need whipping cream and 1/2&1/2 in addition to milk.
My recipe is for a 6quart icecream maker.
4 cups milk, I use whole milk.
2-3/4 cups sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups 1/2&1/2
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
5 cups whipping cream, I use the heavy whipping cream
6 whole eggs

A White Mountain freezer should take 20-25 minutes.
Ice to salt ratio should be up to 5:1
If you are making a batch for adults only.......
Grasshopper, add 6oz creme de cocoa(clear) and 6 oz creme de menthe
For a Brandy Alexander...add 6oz creme de cocoa(dark) and 6 oz brandy.
These will take longer to freeze and may need more salt in the ice.
I like to put this finished product in 16-18 oz plastic cups and put in the freezer for later, spoon deserts/company.
Ummm ummm ummm, but remember this is for medicinal use only.
