He's talking about gaps in the charts on openings and closings higher or lower than the previous days close. Charts nearly always fill gaps before they expire.
See there, I know enough to be dangerous.(Now I'll slink off and let the pro handle it.)
If I hang around, and Mr Senior Citizen hangs around, I may just learn something useful to make this high speed internet thingy payoff.
