Unless it has changed you can only get the 6.2 in a half ton and the 6.0 in a 3/4 ton. I don't know why that is but it is. I have a 6.2 with about 90,000 miles and i think it's one of the best motors GM has built. Mine has averaged 15.6 mpg for the life of the pickup so far. I haven't ever reset the trip meter and that's what it shows for everyday driving.
Any comments on the Chev 6.0 vs 6.2???
