A favorite of my family.
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup Hershey's chocolate syrup--the pour over ice cream kind
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 cup cream
4 cups half & half---or 2 cups milk and 2 cups cream
Mix and pour in ice cream maker. Add milk to fill-line. Keeps well in the freezer section of a refridgerator.
