Highly unlikely we will see this sort of legislation anytime in the near future in Canada. Remember, private property is not a canadian federal constitutional right. That is what allows hunters to hunt on any land not posted (assuming they are following provincial regulations).
Sounds like you have some nice land for hunting. Do you post your land?
