Either you driving is a hazard or it is not. Leaving the bar with a license plate light out does not inherently make you a hazard. If you do donuts in the parking lot that makes you a hazard.

DUI law has the damn dumbest enforcement in the country. You only have to prove your inocense 15 times. I don't get how you can pass field sobriety then have to submit to more testing. If field sobriety is not accurate it is not accurate, so just go strait to the breath test. But how is a driver unsafe if he passes the human tricks 19 times? It is all about revenue and nothing about protecting people...
