Statesville, NC | I've been around bees and bee hives some, and normally once you are 50 feet away from the hive you don't see any more bees than normal. They will travel quite a distance to get pollen and nectar. Unless you have a lot of flowers in your yard or clover or something they need for food, I wouldn't think you would have any more concentration of bees than if the hives were a half mile away. | |
