If the beef industry is so difficult for you, maybe you should sell out your beef herd and crop farm.

Last I checked, I pay $1 every time we sell an animal--for beef or not. What has the beef industry done for direct financial support of the dairy industry?

The dairy industry in my state is trying to put together an animal tracing program to aid in finding out where and future cases of BSE or other diseases come from. The beef industry is opposed to animal traceability. Why would an industry be so opposed to this is that same industry will never have a case of BSE?
