As I was told by my Powertrains Instructer. This tractor does not have a clutch pedal. It is an inching pedal only.
Powershifts have modulated oil pressure when shifting gears to make the shift smooth. If it don't shift well enough for you it can be changed just by turning a screw. Nice and slow, hard and fast or someplace in between.
