I use the classic Weber charcoal grill almost all the time for about 8 months a year--this one's going into it's 20th season. Never liked the flavor of lighter fluid, so I use one of those 'chimneys' that hold charcoal above a burning newspaper page. Have gone through a lot of the cheaper ones, but switched to a Weber model last year, and it works better (faster) than those other ones. Must have something to do with the cone shape to the support for the charcoal.
