Can I toot my own horn??? Just to give you all hope....I am 25 (someone mentioned it was a generational thing), I sell seed tenders, and I do it all off of salary only, no commission. I require myself to get a call back or a quote out within a few hours of the original call or email. If I am on the road, I send the responding email out as soon as I stop at the hotel. I've sold 85 seed tenders (all onesy-twosy) so far this year for these reasons IMO. I was raised to put quality service first. A good business takes care of their current customers and draws more in by those examples. I am from Central Illinois and I have two tenders in Manitoba, Canada as of two months ago. Why? Because I returned a phone call and an email on a timely manner.

Not all salesmen are bad!
