Sales people are often creating their troubles because they prefer to play games with the customer. That goes for real estate agents too. Put a price in the ad and take lots of pictures. Give a complete and accurate description and you will sort out the buyers. This seems to be a hard lesson for so many to learn.
Exactly, why waste time calling to get a price, you know how much you want for it.
