NC | Its a great product they just used it in the wrong end product.
they were selling this looking like 100% ground beef in grocery stores- thats TOTAL misrepresentation.
AND they did it to save people .o3/lb for hamburger. They didn't do it to keep end costs down they did it to line their pockets. .03 wouldn't have made a bit of difference to the consumer but add it up for the processors and its a huge chunk of money. They were GREEDY and we are all going to pay for it.
They very easily could have made( albeit Less) money using it in processed meats where it belonged.
