OK....what if they aren't that high? Did you ever try to figure out just who the wires belong to that you just tore down? I can drive around our village & find wires much lower than those. Most are non-electric. Seems they're probably cable tv.
Is that height measured on July 15 or January 15? I realize that may be a written code, but I don't think it works out in the real world...here.
