Mine is 18'. Wouldn't go any shorter. If its cold storage, slide doors are ok. If shop you will want overhead door sooner than later. 18' sidewall allows for a 16'door. If your building cold storage now and think you might turn it into a shop at some time, I would recommend 20' walls that way you can put in the floor of your choice and still have plenty of height.
