If it is cold storage ONLY and will never ever be a shop I would consider 17' only if it had a raised cord style setup. 18 would be better, dad has just under 15' door and he lowers his field cult so the drag is scraping cement to get it in the door-quite inconvenient. Since you asked us to spend your money I would go 20'
