small town Iowa.... | I was at Fareway today. Got some groceries. I am not a real shopper, I just buy what I want. But, the store showed an item 2 for $1.00. So I picked up 4 of these. I watched as the girl scanned my groceries, when the 2 for a dollar items were scanned, they were 80 cents each. Yes, it's only $1.20, and I just paid the total without saying anything. I checked my receipt when I got home. It was 80 cents per item.
Would you have questioned them?
Do stores post a sale price, over charge and hope no one catches them?
Like I said, It's,only a buck 20, but can I trust anyone today?
