just a tish NE of central ND | So are you saying that the contract holder is obligated to give them (anderson)all of the grain contracted even though the contract holer wont (might not)get paid for it?So in other words if you sold (to someone else)the grain at 80% of the cotracted price to save it from going out of condition, put the money into a account....then they came asking you would have to give the money(which you sold for less than contracted price) and pay the difference between the contract price and also hand them the check for the grain and you get nothing?
