just a tish NE of central ND | What will happen to the undelivered amounts of contracted grain that is still sitting on farms? There is a great plenty of ti out there somewhere, im sure. .Will insolvency make those contracts null and void so that/ a farmer could move and sell that grain to someone else and be legal?Or do you have to sit on it FOREVER?Contracts are Act of God contracts with buyers call..
The buyer probably wont EVER CALL now....... but then, you never know....... They still have a contract with the grower no matter what troubles they are in.....meanwhile it is laying in the bins consuming needed space and is in risk of going out of condition.
Opinions anyone?
