I think I would sell it somewhere else, get the check deposited in an account that is seperated from Your own finances, so You could show a good faith effort to make sure the grain would be in good condition. But, be aware that the money could be "clawed back" to them. Call a lawyer to check it out, but if the grain is gone, You could say the bankruptcy voided the contract, because they weren't able to honor their part. Good Luck.
