I know it was because you were losing money, but please expand on that point. People put up big money in the 70s to build these structures and then left them for the coons once the 90s hit.
I am a young farmer so I am just trying to pin point the weakest link in pork production.
Was it the feed price, price of hogs, time commitment vs raising crops? Please be as specific as you can, I really cherish your personal experience.
Better Question... Why did everyone get out of hogs?
