Started out to check on a chaffer seed loss sensor on my 2188 today and found loose bolts that hold top chaffer in. Dug a little deeper and found a chunk broken out of top rail that holds chaffer. Kept digging and found couple of rubber shaker bushings that need replaced. Oh yea, I forgot the loose bolts I originally found let the chaffer rattle around till broken. Looks like we get to gut the machine and start over with new. I love my JOB.

How many hours on the bushings since they were replaced??How long will new ones last?I'm thinking mine should be replaced also. Over 1000 hours on them since replaced, or do they run longer without issues?.

By 1000-1500 hrs, they will look like this internally and be well on the way to turning the seives and support rails to expensive broken junk.
