I know obvious but check the oil. low oil = no fuel pressure. On a 99 7.3 it happened a time or two when low and parked on a slope. Have a 2000 7.3 computer went out for no reason, turned over but never started.. the 2000 also had a weak oil pump that it would take about 4-6 second to build up pressure and sometimes it would die before it built the pressure up to run the injectors.
