you could probably save a lot of money doing the work yourself. I'll bet about 1/2 of the quote is labor.
+1. Ours only goes to the dealer for stuff that there is no way possible we could do (and that list of things we can't do is getting smaller all the time) We like our dealer but our business is to make money for ourselves. Every situation is different though. I know lots of people who spend that kind of money on theirs at the shop.
