Read my Bunge contract. Buyer may req the seller to place the difference between market and contract price in esgrow until the balance is delivered. Any payment made prior to completion of delivery will be considered merely an accomodation. This is all set up that they cannot lose. I would love to get out of four 5K contracts at 6.70, 7.00 7.01 and 7.18.
