I think the 20's had the 359 may be a 329. Like others posted, pump is probably stuck from varnish/wax in fuel and will have to be taken apart. I've had to do it several times when engines sat. If you're really lucky you may be able to pour some ATF or diesel fuel supplement into the pump and get it to loosen up the crud, I've heard of it working but was never successful myself.
