I see in your post u said "heavy sisal". If it was 7200 it would probaly be pretty hard on the rollers and cam to cut that much twine. The plastic we use is about a 1/3 the size of a good quality 9000 sisal. Never ran double sisal and dont think i would just because of the size. Used sisal for years and tried plastic two years ago,ended up giving 7 or 8 bales of sisal away after using plastic. Lots of thick and thin with the sisal and the plastic is cheaper. Some claim more knotter wear with plastic but i see alot less groving in the throat on the cutter arm and eyes on the needles.
