N. E. Indiana | Shop is stick built building on a concrete slab with a 4 foot deep footer. Lights are sodium light not sure on size. We traded some old flouresents for them. Had right about $19.00 a sq/ft in it. That was turn key. Amish built the building. Only thing I would change right now is to change the direction of the tin on the inside. And for SED to buy enough ground to really effect you acreage is a good way to go broke now. IMO When land price comes down and it will sometime, I plan on having everything else paid for, that way I can bank some money for a couple years and buy some at a reasonable price. That is my plan. If that is not ok by you then I guess you are SOL because I don't manage my operation to please you. My banker is the only one that I care to please. | |
