The combine and 8210 are about 2002 vintage and a 50 series JD is 1980s stuff. Are you saying a shop is frivolous to be able to use 10 to 30 year old machinery? If he replaced those 3 items with brand new it would cost more than double what that building cost. Last I checked new combines depreciate and wear out pretty fast too.
