Perhaps the CME helped facilitate this whole pillaging?
Note to Buckeye- if you use HTA's or cash contracts, your elevator is still using the CME to hedge those bushels. If the elevators FCM goes under, do you really think they will honor those HTA's or cash contracts? Keep searching for different avenues.
