| In this article it says that:
1) MF Global was NOT a commodity clearing firm (what?) therefore segregated funds do not move to the front of the line.
2) The judge does NOT WANT an independent probe into where the money went. (It could be he doesn't want that because the results might be quite different than our governments findings.)
If the funds are not returned soon, either by the trustee or by the CME, whom have always promised they would back any shortcomings of any defunct clearing firm, then it is time to take your
funds out of the market and go home, if you have not already done so.
